This series products is a new type of beam warping machine, which consulted the advantages of different kinds of imported and domestic machines, adopt many new techniques with independent intellectual property rights, and upgradedthe traditional domestic models in the aspect of intelligence, information and energy. Specially, KYD series minimum tension bobbin creels were equipped, so that the comprehensive technical performance, process performance and reliability have reached or exceeded the level of imported machine.

Tension rod. When warping,the yarn tension is automatically controlled by connected pod system, whichconsistsof two pre-tension pods. Three positions are braking, running and opening. 

To eliminate the tension difference of bobbin creel, the sub-section is adopted to change friction wrap angle between yarn and tension pod, to measure tension difference.
